Drop Breeze. This is costly for a PvE warrior that is not farming. You should have monks that heal. You are a Wammo not a monk. Your class suggest that you can reduce the amount of healing you need and not increase the amount of healing that needs done.
Glads Def is a hard skill to use in most PvE situations. Most Pugs will not let you have the mob you would need for the AoE damage to be effective. No need for Rez (if that is rez sig it really needs to go). Use Rebirth instead. You will not be rezing during combat so no need to bring them back with full health.

I like the hundred blades or ViM choices here. Final Thrust is also a good addition. I would also think about adding Savage Slash for a good interupt.
I do not however like the vig spirit and live vic for the daily PvE build. Both should be unneeded in a PuG. With that said you do need some self healing and most seem to shy away from mending these days. You could take Watchful and get the +2 regen with nothing in healing. If you do that the slots are saved for more useful skills. Since your a Wammo if you want an energy mgmt skill that adds addren the set smiting at 3 and take balths spirit. You do not get much of a benifit going over 3 in smiting for balths spirit. Personally I would rather stay away from a maintained enchantment in PvE unless there is a real need for it.
so my mods to the above modification make this
sever artery
gash
hundred blades{elite} / ViM {Elite}
final thrust
Savage Slash
healing sigit
Watchful Spirit
rebirth
There are so many skills/attribute combos and playstyles that it is hard to give build advise these days without arguments. The best advise you could get here is to read all skill descriptions, think what you will fight, build to counter and kill.
I actually like dropping healing all together, and putting points into Protection.
Between Watch Yourself and something like Aegis that affect several members (or all) of your party, you can help take a load off your monks. Damage prevented is better than damage you can heal.
